Return & Refund Policy

At Air Harmony, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:
You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@air-harmony.myshopify.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide you with return instructions.

Return Method:
All returns must be sent back by mail. Customers will receive the return address and instructions after contacting our support team.

Return Shipping Cost:
We offer free returns for eligible items. In some cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping if the item does not meet eligibility requirements.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your payment provider. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at: support@airharmony.net

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
